Here’s the question that you have to ask yourself? Am I willing to ask my friend, neighbor, or relative to pay for damages IF they are negligent in their home watch duties? What do I do once I leave and find that no one is watching my house even though they said they would? What happens when they feel checking on my house is looking out the window and seeing it's still there? The average cost to remediate and repair small damage is as low as a few hundred dollars and can go up to the thousands for larger issues. Is your neighbor, friend, or relative going to hire someone to remediate the issue and ensure it's taken care of?

In Arizona, most of our clients are away during the hot summer days, which can reach up to 120+ degrees for days at a time. This type of heat takes its toll on Air Conditioners, wood floors and cabinets, toilets and pea traps that dry out, rodents seeking out a cool place to live, hot water heaters, vehicles in a non-air conditioned garage, and landscaping that isn't properly cared for, just to mention a few. Then you bring in our Arizona monsoon season, with rain, potential for flooding, trees being downed or limbs broken, roof tiles being blown off, winds blowing rain under doors and through window sills. It's all happening while you're away!
Dreamweaver Concierge checks the general operation of the air conditioner and thermostat, ensuring it's operating properly and set at a suitable temperature.
Dreamweaver checks walls, ceilings, baseboards, windows, under sinks, and anywhere else a potential issue may arise or be happening.

Weekly visits are always recommended as issues can arise at any time, and with no one to see or hear it for weeks may lead to a small issue becoming a large issue and a small repair bill becoming an estate breaker. Too many things can and do go wrong while you are away. We do offer Bi-Weekly and Monthly visits if preferred. Dreamweaver Concierge offers services to snowbirds, second home/vacation homeowners, vacation rental owners/hosts, and permanent residents that have plans to be away from their homes for any amount of time.

Our first priority is your home. When we find a potential issue, we identify the problem and minimize any further damage as quickly as possible. We will first attempt to contact you, the homeowner. If we are unable to reach you directly, we will take the appropriate action to minimize the problem. We maintain a network of vendors that we may call upon to assist us in finding a timely and cost-effective temporary solution until we can reach you. A full assessment report will be provided to you as well. If we have to hire an outside vendor to require the integrity of your home and/or property, a Dreamweaver Concierge representative will make sure that they have access to the property, wait while the repairs are completed, and secure the home upon departure.

The state of Arizona does NOT require that home watch professionals hold a license. However, we do carry a City of Peoria business license.
Dreamweaver Concierge carries a GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY, and an ERRORS and OMMISSIONS POLICY. We also carry a Surety Bond in the amount of $10,000. Every client receives a copy of our Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Dreamweaver sends the homeowner an email including photos after each visit that includes commentary around our home check.
